A court in Kampala has issued an order that St. Peter’s Church in Ndeeba should remain on the land on which they sit without interruption, until the ownership case is decided.

Since then, Christians in Ndeeba have been praying in tents in the church courtyard, after he has taken to court to protest against the demolition of them, and destroys the house of God
The church member, Mayanja Mpiima, said after the court passed the order and gave them permission, they would continue to share the land.
Similarly, the court sent the church’s case to the High Court for a new trial of the ownership of the land.
