A court in Kampala has issued an order that St. Peter’s Church in Ndeeba should remain on the land on which they sit without interruption, until the ownership case is decided.

The church member, Mayanja Mpiima, said after the court passed the order and gave them permission, they would continue to share the land.
Similarly, the court sent the church’s case to the High Court for a new trial of the ownership of the land.
